Solution: I implemented a data-driven lead generation model using CRM insights and automated marketing tools, driving a focused cross-selling strategy with targeted promotional bundles.


Results: The strategy generated an additional $120 million in annual revenue, significantly enhancing market penetration through account-based marketing techniques.
