Challenge: Paychex sought to drive new growth by building a strategic market entry plan for its SaaS product across diverse U.S. regions.


Solution: I developed a targeted go-to-market strategy by analyzing market trends and building strategic partnerships with key industry organizations. This plan included creating digital sales materials and educational content for a team of 120 sales representatives, enabling them to engage prospects within geo-targeted areas effectively.


Results: The initiative led to a 10% increase in revenue from targeted segments, successfully establishing a foothold in new markets while enhancing product positioning and service cross-selling capabilities.
